1st Stop Banking is a hassle free way to take care of your banking needs. If at anytime you need help, your account manager is just a phone call away.
Pay in at a bank or Post Office branch
We’ve teamed up with a leading high street bank to allow you to pay in cash and cheques at any of their branches. All you have to do is take your cash and cheques to your nearest branch and pay in using your pre-printed GIRO slips into the Rapid deposit box. Rest assured your money is held in trust at Natwest Bank, and is protected by the FSCS for your full deposit amount.
You can now also pay in cash at any branch of the Post Office using your own personal barcode. Simply
download and print your barcode
, take your cash and your bar code to any Post Office branch and pay your money in over the counter. Unfortunately you are unable to pay in cheques using the facility at the Post Office. Cash paid into your account via Post Office branches will be credited to your billing account within 2 working days, please see

Account Manager
Your account manager can help you manage your money by helping you set up having your wages paid into your account, moving money from your billing account to your card and also setting up standing orders and regular payments. We’ll help make sure that you keep enough money in your account to ensure all your regular bills are paid ontime, avoiding any late payment fees.
Managing your spending
Once your money has been set aside for meeting your regular commitments, you can choose to transfer your remaining balance onto you mastercard card for spending. This can be done manually by yourself or your account manager, or you can set up rules so that a percentage of your wages and other income goes directly onto your card. Whilst your out on the high street you can keep a check on your money by checking your balance on your mobile phone. So that you don’t overspend.
